Big Time Rush

Big Time Rush is not just a "boy band" manufactured by Nickelodeon, like many people think. Sure that is how the musical journey started, but over the past 4 years, Kendall, Logan, James, and Carlos have proven themselves to be serious actors and musicians. They have had great success with the television show. They have had 4 seasons, made 74 episodes, PLUS a movie. Even 4 years in, the show still managed to get millions of viewers every "Big Time Thursday." From the television show spawned an amazing music career with 3 albums and a soundtrack, which is about 61 songs recorded in 4 short years. With this being their 3rd tour, it just shows how much their fans are truly dedicated to them. What I find that really sets Big Time Rush apart from any other band is that they write their own songs. Musicians who write their songs are few and far between these days. And the fact that the guys have done this while filming a hit television show, touring, and staying out of gossip tabloids is absolutely phenomenal! All the guys in the band seem to have stayed so level headed and have such a hard work ethic. They give every ounce of themselves to their fans because they know that without their fans, they wouldn't be where they are today. They stay humble and don't take their success for granted, which is why I believe they make amazing role models for children.
